When two equal turbochargers work independently, it's parallel. If a small turbocharger operates at lower rpm, then a larger one at higher rpm, it's sequential.
A turbo is ablower,like a GMC, a B&M, or, more similarly, a Paxton. It gives the engine more power by delivering asuperchargeof air (to which you add proportionate extra fuel) on the intake stroke.
