All you need to make these is:👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 👻 •White or Clear plastic bulbs •White fabric •Black felt •Adhesive felt flowers (I found these at Hobby Lobby) •Battery operated twinkle lights •Fishing wire for hanging 👻 Start by feeding your twinkle lights into your bulb. Drape your fabric over your bulb and cut a hole for the ornament top to stick out (add fishing wire so you can hang them.) Trim the bottom of your fabric to the ghosty shape
